Your full GHL build,
handled by certified specialists.
Funnels, pipelines, automations, workflows, calendars, payment links, SMS and email sequences, CRM hygiene — built end-to-end by a team of 20+ certified GoHighLevel specialists, delivered in 30–45 days, then maintained on a monthly retainer.
Important: the GHL build runs inside the Arc Platform on a software-lease model. Your contact data is yours and exportable anytime; the build itself stays on the platform while the retainer is active.
Everything inside one sub-account.
Most agencies install GHL and call it a build. We deliver a sub-account that is actually ready to run a business — funnel-to-fulfillment, with the automations doing the work behind the scenes.
funnels
Lead capture, sales, booking, upsell, downsell, and thank-you flows. Mobile-first design, A/B-ready variants, payment integration where needed.
that match reality
Stages mapped to how your business actually closes. Automated stage triggers, lead-rotting alerts, and drag-drop deal management.
do the follow-up
Lead-source routing, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, post-sale nurture, win-back campaigns. All triggered, all logged.
actually get read
Two-way SMS, email cadences with deliverability hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), unsubscribe compliance, and content variants for different lead temperatures.
that close
Round-robin calendars, booking confirmations, automated rescheduling, deposit collection, and CRM sync — so a booking immediately becomes a deal in pipeline.
actually open
Lead source attribution, pipeline velocity, automation performance, and SMS/email engagement — surfaced in dashboards your team will glance at, not ignore.
Six weeks, four phases, one handoff.
- Week 1 — Audit & Map. We document your current lead flow, every offer, every objection, every stage. We surface every leak before we build a single automation.
- Weeks 2–3 — Build. Sub-account provisioning, funnels, pipelines, calendars, SMS/email sequences, and integrations get assembled in parallel by the specialist team.
- Week 4 — QA & Test. Every funnel walked end-to-end. Every automation triggered against test data. Every integration verified. Senior-specialist review before signoff.
- Weeks 5–6 — Launch & Train. Live cutover, team training (SOPs, loom walkthroughs, live Q&A), and the first two weeks of post-launch tuning included.

GoHighLevel build FAQ.
Builds are custom-scoped after a free audit. The retainer reflects pipeline complexity, integration count, and ongoing automation maintenance. We do not publish a flat price because a one-funnel build and a 30-pipeline enterprise build are not the same product.
By default we build inside the Arc Platform — a wholesale GHL environment that lets you operate at a lower per-month cost than a direct GHL subscription. If you already have a direct GHL account, we can build there instead.
Yes. We've migrated from HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Keap, ClickFunnels, and bespoke spreadsheets. Migration includes contact data, deal data, custom fields, and (where possible) automation logic translation.
That is one of our most common engagements — we call it a rebuild. We audit what exists, deprecate what is broken, and rebuild on top of clean foundations. Existing data and contacts are preserved.
Every build ships with role-based SOPs and a loom video library covering daily, weekly, and edge-case workflows. We also run live training during week 5–6 of the build.
Yes — that is the most common Full Stack configuration. Voice AI answers inbound calls and books straight into your GHL calendar. ARC Rankings AI sends ranked-traffic leads into the funnels we built. The whole stack runs as one system.
No. The GoHighLevel build runs inside the Arc Platform on a software-lease model — you have full operational access (contacts, pipelines, automations, calendars, SMS, email, dashboards) for as long as the monthly retainer is active. The underlying sub-account, automation library, and platform infrastructure remain ARC property. This is the same model as any SaaS subscription: you lease the working system, you don't own the build.
Your contact data is exportable to CSV at any time, and we export it for you on offboarding. The funnels, automations, pipelines, and SMS/email sequences themselves stay with the Arc Platform — the build is the leased software, the data is yours. We can also assist with migration to a direct GHL account or a different CRM at standard project rates.
