Secure The Funding is an independent mortgage brokerage in Palmetto Bay, serving Miami-Dade and licensed across Florida, with a 5.0-star Zillow record across 170-plus reviews. Their site was a mortgage-industry WordPress template. We rebuilt it as a generated static site with a page for every loan program, calculators, comparison pages, a booking flow and a Spanish-language tree.

What we built

Thirteen programs, seven calculators, and a Spanish tree.

The site leads with the five programs the brokerage wins on — a five-day HELOC, Florida Hometown Heroes, DSCR, VA and FHA with down-payment assistance — then covers eight more, each on its own page with an FAQ. Seven calculators let a visitor run numbers with their own rate, because the brokerage deliberately publishes no rate anywhere; six comparison pages answer the "FHA or conventional" questions people actually search.

The Spanish tree at /es/ carries the home page, the programs hub, the five headline programs and the booking page, with Spanish slugs, translated structured data and hreflang pairs in both directions plus a default. A registry in the generator means any page without a translation resolves to its English version, so no Spanish visitor dead-ends.

The design is the client's own brand deepened — their blues, their logo orange as an accent — because that is what they asked for, not a reinvention. Reviews are shown visibly with first-name attribution rather than as self-serving review markup. A round-robin booking calendar is embedded from the client's white-labelled CRM domain.

  • Python generator with a shared chrome module, program data files, an i18n registry and per-page builders
  • MortgageBroker and Service JSON-LD, 206 schema nodes, 96 FAQ entries, hreflang and x-default across 46 pages
  • validate.py gate: schema validity, FAQ-to-visible-text parity, links, anchors, meta, H1 keywords, heading order, canonical and duplicate titles
  • Vercel hosting with a content-security policy widened only for the booking calendar origin
  • Prepared for CRM webhook lead capture and off-site NAP cleanup on launch

Why it matters

Why a mortgage site needs a validator, not a template.

Mortgage content has to be precise, consistent and compliant across dozens of near-identical pages. A generator that builds every program page from one data file, and a validator that refuses to ship a page whose FAQ schema does not match its visible text, is how a two-person brokerage gets a 46-page site it can trust without a compliance officer reading every page.

The Spanish tree is not decoration in Miami-Dade. It is a second front door for the majority of the market, with its own structured data so Google serves the right language to the right searcher.
