Web design that
ranks, loads and converts.
ARC Affiliates builds websites for Central Florida businesses the way infrastructure is built: hand-coded, fast enough to score 95+ on mobile, with structured data on every page and a page for every town you serve. We are headquartered in Middleton, on The Villages' southern edge, and we have built for insurance agencies, lawn-care companies, window-treatment showrooms, roofers, mortgage brokers and med spas.
Most local websites are neglected. Ours are maintained.
A typical small-business site in Central Florida lives on WordPress or a hosted page builder. It is slow on a phone, it needs plugin updates nobody does, and when the agency relationship ends, the login goes with it. Two of the sites in our portfolio replaced exactly that: one WordPress install that had been hacked, and one that took almost a second just to start responding.
We build the opposite. Every ARC site is static code generated by a small build script we maintain. There is no database to compromise, no admin panel to brute-force, and no hosting plan with a renewal surprise. Deploys happen on push, to the Vercel edge network, with security headers set and a content-security policy that only allows the few third parties you actually use.
Hosted by us also means looked after. ARC hosts every client site on our own accounts and keeps it patched, fast and deployed; you keep your domain and your data, and you never manage a hosting plan, a page builder or a plugin update.
A website is a ranking asset or it is a brochure.
Google's local results and the AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) reward three things a brochure site never has: a page for every service in every city, structured data that describes the business precisely, and a Name-Address-Phone block that matches the Google Business Profile character for character.
So that is what we ship. The Shade Masters USA rebuild in Leesburg went from roughly 52 WordPress URLs to 137 pages, including a 7-product by 11-city matrix with original copy on every page. The Extra Mile Lawn Care rebuild collapsed three conflicting addresses into one canonical NAP across pages, schema and the AI-readable llms.txt file. Those are not add-ons; they are the build.
- One canonical NAP on every page, in the footer, in the JSON-LD and in the llms.txt the AI crawlers read.
- City and service pages written for each town, with real landmarks, ZIP codes and neighborhoods, never a spun template.
- Validated schema — LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList — checked by a script before every deploy.
- AI-crawler ready — llms.txt, ai.txt and robots rules for 20+ AI user agents, plus IndexNow for instant Bing and Yandex indexing.
You should not need a developer to update a special.
Static does not mean frozen. When a client needs to change something often, we build a small, password-protected admin panel for exactly that thing: a trusted-partners directory an insurance agent can add to in a minute, a monthly specials page a med spa owner publishes from her phone. The panel writes to a database or straight to the site's repository, with the owner's name on every change, and the public page stays fast static HTML.
Everything else — copy edits, new pages, new cities — goes through us, because the build script and the content live in ARC's repository and we keep them current.
What every ARC website ships with.
static code
No WordPress, no page builder, no plugins to patch. HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript, generated from a build script we maintain for you. Nothing to hack, nothing to renew.
on mobile
Self-hosted fonts, responsive WebP images, no render-blocking scripts, served from the Vercel edge. Our live client homepages measure 95–100 on mobile performance.
on every page
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb JSON-LD on every page, validated before deploy, so Google and the AI answer engines read your business the way you describe it.
pages built in
A page for every service in every town you serve, each written for that town — not a find-and-replace template. Your service area becomes a ranking asset.
wired to your CRM
Quote and contact forms post straight into GoHighLevel (or Formspree if you don't run a CRM), with SMS-consent language that passes carrier A2P vetting.
maintained by ARC
We build, host and maintain the site on ARC infrastructure: the Vercel edge, security headers, deploys, updates. Your domain stays yours and points at it; your contact data is exportable any time.
From audit to launch in four steps.
- Free auditWe review your current site, Google Business Profile and the competitors ranking above you. You get a written readout whether or not you hire us.
- Scope and quoteA fixed page list, the integrations (CRM, booking, payments), and the city pages you need. One price, one timeline, usually two to four weeks.
- Build and reviewYou review on a private staging URL. Copy is written from your real reviews, licenses and service list — nothing invented, nothing copied from a competitor.
- Launch and compoundDNS cutover, redirects from every old URL, sitemap and IndexNow submission. Then ARC Rankings AI takes over the monthly content and citation work if you want it.
Websites are quoted after a free audit of your current site, your Google Business Profile and your competitors; most local-business builds are delivered in two to four weeks. Local SEO after launch runs on ARC Rankings AI at $697 a month, no contract. See pricing →
Web Design by city.
Each city page is written for that market — its squares, corridors, ZIP codes and the kinds of businesses we have already built for there. Sumter and Lake County first; Orlando last, on purpose.

It depends on page count and integrations, which is why we quote after the free audit rather than off a menu. A typical local-service site with a service hub, a few city pages, legal pages and a CRM-connected form is a fixed one-time build fee; ongoing ranking work is optional at $697 a month through ARC Rankings AI. We publish that subscription price openly on the pricing page.
No. Every ARC site is hand-coded static HTML generated by a build script, hosted on Vercel. There is no CMS to patch and no page-builder subscription. If you need frequent self-serve updates to one part of the site, we build a small admin panel for exactly that part.
Yes, if the migration is done properly. We map every old URL to a 301 redirect, keep your slugs where they were working, carry the Name-Address-Phone over character for character, and submit the new sitemap plus IndexNow on launch day. The Shade Masters USA rebuild shipped with 72 redirects covering every WordPress-era path.
Yes. Most of our website work is in Sumter, Lake and Marion counties, but we have built for clients in Miami, metro Atlanta and Virginia. The process is the same anywhere; the difference locally is that we can meet in person and we know the market.
Two to four weeks for most local-business sites once we have your content, photos and logins. Larger builds, like a 46-page bilingual mortgage site or a 137-page product-by-city matrix, take longer and are scoped as such.
ARC does. The site runs on ARC's hosting and repository accounts, and we keep it patched, fast and deployed as part of the relationship. Your domain name is yours and points at the site; your contact and customer data is exportable any time. You never have to manage hosting, a page builder or plugin updates.
Let's build the site your competitors wish they had.
