An insurance agency site
The Villages can trust.

Trent Advisors is an independent insurance agency in The Villages with a second office in Clermont, licensed in 40 states across health, Medicare, life, dental, vision and travel coverage. Their WordPress site was slow, carried stale photos and had no way for the agency to maintain its own partner network. We rebuilt it as a 17-page custom site on their own domain.

What we built

Seventeen pages, one self-serve directory.

The site mirrors the agency's lines of coverage — health, Medicare, life, dental and vision, travel, employer benefits — on pages written from their own material rather than syndicated carrier copy. A lighthouse brand motif runs through the design in navy, steel and sky blue, with the founder's studio portrait and the agency's Pennie and Marketplace credentials where a prospect looks for them.

The piece the agency uses most is the Trusted Partners directory: a password-protected admin panel where the owner adds a referral partner, picks categories, uploads a logo and publishes — no developer involved. It reads from a Supabase table with row-level security, so the public page stays static and fast while the data stays editable.

Behind the scenes the build also had to satisfy Medicare marketing rules from the agency's IMO: TTY 711 beside every phone number, a leaving-site dialog on outbound links, the TPMO disclosure on every page, and SMS-consent language on the contact form that passes A2P 10DLC carrier vetting.

  • Hand-coded static HTML on Vercel, canonical www domain, 17 public pages in the sitemap
  • Supabase-backed Trusted Partners directory with /admin/ panel and email allowlist
  • GoHighLevel intake form with date-of-birth capture feeding a turning-65 Medicare workflow
  • WebP image pipeline, Open Graph image, BreadcrumbList schema, branded 404
  • Privacy, terms, accessibility and SMS-program disclosures written for carrier review
One measured result
3.0 MB → 0.8 MB

Total image weight across the site after converting every photo to responsive WebP — a 73% cut, measured during the build.

Mobile Lighthouse on the live homepage measured 82 performance / 100 best practices on Nov 3, 2026; the remaining gap is the third-party booking embed the agency chose to keep.

Why it matters

A regulated business needs a site that stays compliant.

Insurance is one of the verticals where a website can get an agency in trouble. Carrier names need written approval before they appear, Medicare pages need specific disclosures, and the text-message consent on a form determines whether a carrier will even let you send appointment reminders. We built those requirements into the pages rather than bolting them on, and documented them in a handoff guide the agency keeps.

The second reason this build matters locally: The Villages is a Medicare market. A 55+ community with a median age over 70 means the agency's prospects are searching for Medicare Advantage, Medigap and turning-65 answers, and the site is structured to be the answer — with a city page strategy we are extending through ARC Rankings AI.
